WHO WILL ACTUALLY BE THE TENANT ON THE CONTRACT?
Yess Properties as the company will be the named tenant. We can also provide a personal guarantor if necessary.
WHAT IF OUR LANDLORDS DO NOT HAVE HMO LICENCES?
In most areas, as long as we have no more 4 professionals in the property, it will not need a licence. However, if a licence is ever required, we're experienced in this field and can work with the landlord to get the property up to spec. In some cases, we will even completely cover this ourselves.
WHAT IF WE DO NOT HAVE COMPANY LET AGREEMENTS?
Not a problem. We can provide a company let agreement.
